Shipping Origin
Cortivia products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners, including facilities located in China. This allows us to maintain strict quality control and production standards. Because our products are shipped from international fulfillment centers, delivery times may be influenced by overseas transit, customs processing, and final delivery by your local carrier.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been prepared and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time Estimates
After processing, estimated delivery times are:

Cortivia is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

We frequently begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, therefore we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been submitted.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch depending on the carrier.
Delivery Confirmation
You agree that any delivery confirmation provided by the carrier indicating that your package has been delivered (including statuses such as “Delivered,” “In/At Mailbox,” or “Left at Door”) constitutes sufficient proof of delivery, even if no signature is obtained.
Cortivia is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are later lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other governmental fees.
These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Cortivia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days after shipment, please contact our support team. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
