At Cortivia, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible purchases made directly from trycortivia.com, subject to the terms below.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Applies to purchases made directly from Cortivia.
• Limited to one refund per product type per customer.
• Valid within 60 days of confirmed delivery.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are subject to this policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@trycortivia.com with your order number, purchase email, and reason for the request.

Review process:
1. Requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
2. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
3. If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions.
4. Once any required return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Returns (If Required)

Returns must be approved before being sent. Products must be shipped only to the address provided by Cortivia. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Cortivia does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from a damaged, defective, or incorrect product shipped by Cortivia. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method. Cortivia processes approved refunds within 1–3 business days after approval or receipt of the returned product (if required). Banks and payment providers may take an additional 3–10 business days to post the refund.

Eligibility of Opened Products

Opened or used products may be eligible under the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to review. Cortivia reserves the right to deny requests where abuse or fraud is suspected.

Refused Shipments

Refusing delivery is considered a voluntary refusal and is not an approved return. Refused shipments are not eligible for refunds and void the 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Shipping, return shipping, handling, and carrier charges remain non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@trycortivia.com immediately. After verification, Cortivia may provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellation

One-Time Orders:
Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order enters fulfillment. Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may still qualify for a refund after delivery under this policy.

Subscription Orders:

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges.

Subscriptions can be managed in either of the following ways:

  • By visiting the Manage Subscription page, available from the footer of our website, and logging into your subscription account using the same email address used when placing your original subscription order.
  • By contacting our Customer Support team at support@trycortivia.com before your next renewal order enters processing.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future subscription renewals only.

If a renewal order has already been generated but has not yet entered processing or fulfillment, you may contact our support team to request cancellation of that renewal order.

Once a subscription renewal order has entered processing, has been prepared for shipment, or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been created or entered processing.

Subscription renewal orders remain subject to this Refund Policy after delivery where applicable under this policy or as required by applicable law.

Policy Abuse

Cortivia reserves the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, chargeback abuse, or fraudulent activity.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Changes become effective upon publication.
