Shipping Origin

Orders shipped within the United States are fulfilled from our U.S. fulfillment center located in Kentucky, allowing for faster domestic delivery.

Orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom are fulfilled through our international fulfillment network, including facilities located in China.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days typically begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During major promotions, holidays, or unusually high order volumes, processing may require additional time.

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

United States (including Alaska and Hawaii):
2–6 business days

Canada and the United Kingdom:
4–12 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Rates

Free Shipping is included with every order.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery unless otherwise stated during checkout for a specific promotion or destination.

If applicable, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other government fees for international orders remain the responsibility of the customer.

Accurate Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

A valid phone number may be requested by certain shipping carriers for delivery purposes, particularly for international shipments.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may require 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been scanned by the carrier.


Delivery Confirmation

Carrier delivery scans marked as:

  • Delivered
  • Left at Door
  • In/At Mailbox
  • Delivered to Parcel Locker

constitute proof of delivery.

Cortivia is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other government fees.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your purchase price unless otherwise stated.


Delayed or Missing Packages
